Basic KnowledgeWhere do I get the client?
Use this website’s Download Center. Another server’s launcher may use different connection settings or incompatible files.
Why is registration unavailable?
Account services open after the realm has been configured and made available. A disabled registration button means new accounts are not currently being accepted.
How do I reset my password?
Use the recovery page with the account name, email address, and recovery code saved during registration. Accounts created outside this website may need staff assistance.
Where are rates and schedules?
Only confirmed values are published on the Server Information and Events pages. Read the noticeboard for changes.
