Inlay & Withdraw Gems
Place a compatible gem in a prepared equipment socket.

Open the Gem Inlay interface from the appropriate NPC or character panel. Put the equipment into the target slot, then choose a matching gem for an open socket.
- Check item level, slot type, and the gem’s effect.
- Read the final stat change in the client.
Withdrawal and binding
The original game allows a gem to be withdrawn and placed again, but some gems become marked or bound. Review that outcome before using a valuable gem.
- Keep the target gear and gem together until you decide.
- Current realm behavior must be verified in game.
