Keep your login private.
Use a unique password. Never give another player your password, recovery code, or session details. Staff do not need your password to help you.
Save it somewhere safe.
When you register here, the website shows a recovery code once. Keep it outside the game folder. You will need your account name, email, and this code to reset a forgotten password.
Use the server’s download page.
Check that you are on the correct website before signing in or downloading a launcher. Be cautious of direct messages offering replacement game files.
Sign out on shared computers.
Do not save your password on a computer used by other people. Change your password from your account panel if you think someone else knows it.
Older accounts created outside this website may not have a website recovery profile. Use a support channel announced by the server team if you need help.
